Tour Price
$2,040 per student/quad occupancy (2)
$2,410 per adult/double occupancy (1, 2)
Adult participants must arrange for their own roommates. If for any reason an adult participant cannot find a roommate, they will be required to pay the single occupancy price.
If the airline or motor coach company imposes a fuel charge, the price is subject to increase.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Apple Tours & Travel, Inc., P.O. Box 13029, El Cajon, CA 92022. Refunds will be processed according to the following policy: The deposit is non-refundable. If your letter is received 60 days or more prior to the group's departure, you will receive a full refund of all payments other than the deposit. If your letter is received 45 - 59 days before departure, you will forfeit the deposit and the cost of the airline ticket. If your letter is received less than 45 days prior to the group's departure, you will forfeit 199% of all money paid. Reservations are not transferable at any time. The refund process takes approximately six weeks.
